If you ask our OG grower, Joe, how to properly cure cannabis, he will likely tell you that the most decadent things in life are slowly cured and aged. Take a look at beer, wine, whiskey and cheese. With that in mind, our curing practices are focused on developing the best flavor profiles we possibly can.
The goal of proper curing is to further develop and preserve not only the delicate flower, but also the trichomes that it produces. Flower should be like a semi-dry sponge in its texture and density. Think of it having a subtle push and give, not crumbling when you touch it. Next time you are in your local dispensary, ask about the cure process of the flower you are purchasing...

You ever wonder how Cannabis growers can stay pesticide free? If you guessed lady bugs, then you are right! During our last season, we released thousands of ladybugs in our greenhouse to ensure that we had no unwanted bugs destroying our beautiful flower.
Ladybugs are one of the most beneficial insects for cannabis plants. They are able to consume over 5,000 aphids in their lifetime, that's about 50-60 per day! Ladybugs may be brightly colored and cute, but don't be fooled. They are truly predators and are great at tracking down any unwanted bugs. -AJ
October 2021,
